Festival in Alanya

driftwood boats with banana fiber sails

new boats for the Alanya Festival 2015 ( 23/24.5.)

We've used fiber yarn from local banana trees yarn to make the sails.

Harvest

Finally after a weekend and a 500 km drive in the south of Turkey I found the most perfect beach to collect driftwood... wonderful shapes and in perfect condition ... dry and untouched ... absolutely fantastic pieces now have to be sorted out and become new projects... Happy !!!
